In an attempt to calm my severe anxiety, I have begun a new exercise regimen. I am now obsessed with a couple of vintage home workout videos, 8 Minute Abs and 8 Minute Buns! I tried 8 Minute Abs once, and I was hooked! I'm so excited to repair my vodka body, and restore it to it's former state of hotness.
